I managed the award winning Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers project, stepped in to the Blanchland Abbey Resilience project, and have steered Epiacum Heritage volunteers through their business planning Resillient Heritage project and conversion to a charity. Often volunteers want to spend their time on the activities they enjoy, rather than the nitty-gritty of contracting, publicity and reporting, so with strong governance in place, I take on that workload for you.
“Yvonne came to our huge project management gap and made it her own, but even more importantly made it ever more firmly ours. Her wisdom, honesty and passion have been a massive inspiration to us. The way she was able to work with us on a project she hadn’t shaped is truly remarkable and we can’t wait to work with her on the Four A’s Project as soon as we have the green light to move forward.” – Rev. Dr. Helen Savage, Blanchland Abbey resilience project.
I am known for adding value and extending reach of projects, seizing opportunities and improving connectivity through local and regional networks.
“On behalf of the steering group, I am very pleased to record once again our gratitude for your extremely successful management of this complex and multi-stranded project.” Ian Forbes OBE. Friends of the North Pennines, Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project.
