Kielder Water and Forest Park Development Trust are leading the Living Wild at Kielder partnership between Northumbrian Water, Northumberland Wildlife Trust, Forestry Commission, the Environment Agency and other stakeholders. Conchie & Co collaborated with Marcus Byron Design for Interpretation during the HLF bid development phase to research, evidence and plan the interpretation for the project.
Our work planned activity which will encourage immersive engagement with the wildlife and habitats of the whole park. Specifically targeting Explorer Family audiences, and also increasing the memorable wildlife experiences of all visitors, to combat “nature-deficit-disorder” using traditional, kinaesthetic & digital media.
We’re very pleased that Living Wild at Kielder has been successfully awarded their full Heritage Lottery Grant of £330,000.
